Welcome Food Vendors!

Thank you for your interest in the 55^th Annual Start of Summer Celebration in Rockford! We are excited to have you at this year’s event! 

• Food Vendor check-in is Thursday, June 13, 2024. This year, we are doing tiered check-in times. Each vendor has been assigned a check-in time based on location and size of set up. There will be NO early check-in allowed. Your check in time is referenced in the email you received.

Please check in at the corner of Bridge St. & Squires St. with the volunteers. You will be able to set up your trailer/booth, unload your vehicle, and will then need to go park to allow for other vendors to set up.

• Food Vendor Hours:
• Thursday, June 13, 2024…………….. 5pm -10pm
• Friday, June 14, 2024…………………. Noon - 10pm
• Saturday, June 15, 2024…………….. 11am -10pm
• Sunday, June 16, 2024……………….. 11am - 5pm

***ALL food vendors must be open during these hours. If you choose to stay open later on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, that is up to you.

Other Guidelines:

• All food vendors are required to have menus posted with pricing. Any vendor who does not have pricing posted will be required to post pricing prior to operating.
• We ask that you keep your area clean and tidy during the festival and provide at least 1 trash bin per vendor. Our cleanup crew will empty City provided bins, however, it is your responsibility to keep your area clean.
• All food vendors are required to attend an informational meeting on Thursday, June 13 at 3PM in the Rotary Pavilion for instructions on trash, gray water, and further details.

Locations are set by the Start of Summer Celebration Committee and all requests are taken into account.
