As the Executive Director/Administrator, you are responsible for managing overall facility operations and leading by example with regard to customer service, employee relations and quality assurance while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will select, hire, supervise and develop qualified personnel to lead all major departments while ensuring continuity and consistency in the delivery and quality of services. You will participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.
