Start of Summer is a wonderful celebration of the closing of the school year and the lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer! The event is hosted by the Rockford Chamber of Commerce and features carnival rides, arts & crafts, food vendors, children’s activities, live entertainment, beer tents, fireworks and a parade.
