The Rockford Chamber of Commerce (RCC) wants to promote education in the local area. Each year the chamber offers area students the opportunity to vie for a $1,000 scholarship to further their education. Lighting Ceremony - tomorrow night I have to admit, I am getting very excited about the Lighting Ceremony, coming tomorrow night. It is always a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season.
