The Ambassador Team are the “faces” of the Chamber. They mentor new members, maintain membership, play hosts at events, are Table Captains at the Bi Monthly Luncheon, host Ribbon Cuttings and are the Goodwill Ambassadors.
RCC Standing Committees
The Standing Committees are the life-blood of the Rockford Chamber of Commerce. All are volunteers who dedicate their time and expertise to help steer the Chamber toward its many goals. Their dedication is a year-round commitment and they host events, attend monthly meetings and add their energy and ideas to the avenues of improvement for their actual committee.

RCC Event Committees
The event committees only meet during certain times of the year to plan their event. These Chamber events are highly successful and take a lot of time and dedication from the committee members. The planning includes every aspect of an event and each committee is headed by a chair who oversees the entire operation and hands out assignments. The longest standing event – the Santa Parade – will have been in existence for 69 years in 2012.
